I’m Shannon, and I LOVE cake. To be honest, I love cake more than I love virtually everything else in the world, except maybe my dog, Jasper. (<~~You’ll meet him in future blogs. He loves a tiny bite of cake!). So, when I was asked to start writing about my favorite subject in the world, how could I pass that up?

The answer: I couldn’t! 

With that being said, I can’t tell you how excited I am that you’ll be joining me on this adventure every month talking about cake, baking cake, and most importantly, EATING CAKE!
