“I wanted to share my experience ordering a Valentine’s Day muffin box to Argentina.

This was actually my second order. The first time, everything was perfect — the muffins even arrived earlier than expected and were delivered straight to the hotel room door.

For Valentine’s Day, I ordered another box. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive on Saturday as planned — most likely because the local post office doesn’t operate on weekends. The delivery was then made on Monday to the hotel reception, as per hotel policy.

There was a bit of confusion when the receptionist accidentally passed the muffins to the wrong room… it was definitely an unpleasant and stressful situation.

However, Alex Paet was in touch with me from the very beginning, responding quickly and staying supportive throughout the whole process. Once the mix-up was sorted out, Alex kindly arranged a second delivery for us free of charge saying:
